Hot Ink Roller

Our dry ink coding ink rollers are specialized foam rolls that are friction loaded with a variety of hot melt inks for use in our dry ink continuous band sealers.  Our ink rollers can perform from 248⁰F-302⁰F (120⁰C-150⁰C).  We offer two different sizes, 15mm and 30mm, as well as four different colors:  black, blue, red, and yellow.  Our hot ink roller should provide approximately 50,000 imprints but this will vary significantly by number of lines, characters of print, and temperature used during printing.

For use with our band sealer models, HL-M810, FRM-1010 Impresse and FRM-1120 series.  Note:  Our ink rollers will also work on the Markem-Imaje ink roll printers.

Hot Stamp Ribbon

Our Hot Stamping Ink Ribbon / Coding Foil are used to stamp various markings on product packaging by means of a coding device.  These markings provide important information such as expiration date, production date, weight, or price.

Hot stamp is a thermal bonding process that results in permanent adhesion of the print to the substrate.  Our hot ink ribbons produce superior print quality and scratch resistant prints.  The ribbons are suitable for printing on PP/PET/PVC/Aluminum film and other combined film.  The inks are non toxic and heavy-metal free. Tightly round rolls prevent telescoping.   Note:  Our Ink Ribbons are comparable to the KURZ coding product line.  The rolls are very economical and based on 1/2"-3/4" lengths per print, one roll can produce 6,000-8,000 prints.
