Silicone Rubber Pad or Pressing Pad
The silicone rubber or pressing pad in the upper handle or jaw is the pressing lip which applies pressure to the bag to provide a nice smooth seal. If the silicone rubber has any burn marks or appears worn out, the appearance of the seal will be affected. If this is the case, we would recommend replacing the silicone rubber.
