Automatic Impulse Sealers are designed for continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials
  • Automatic impulse sealing with precise electronic control
  • Dual mode operation:  automatic or manual
  • Foot switch allows both hands to be free
  • 3 separate control settings for sealing time, recycle time, and congealing time
Includes foot switch and worktable.

Depending on the model, our automatic sealers can seal material up to 59" wide and 15mil total thickness.  Seal width ranges from 2mm to 5mm to 10mm.  Equipped with an electronic timer and an electromagnet, automatic sealers are controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board.  Once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically.
