We recommend impulse hand sealers for your most basic plastic sealing applications!  Our hand sealers seal poly bags and any thermoplastic material such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) quickly and efficiently.  No warm up time is needed. 

Materials up to 40" wide and 10 mil thick can be sealed depending on the sealer model.  A signal light and "beep" indicates the heat cyle is complete and the seal is done.  Once the timer is set,  hand sealers will provide a consistently flat seal that is air tight and water tight. Approximately up to 1,000 seals/day.

Impulse sealers can seal instantly:
Polyethylene, Saran, Nylon, Polyvinylchloride, Polypropylene, Pliofilm, Kel-F, Mylar, Polyflex, Polyurethane, and Polyvinyl alchol.

Easy to use:
No warm up time needed.  Just place your film/bag between the seal arm, press, and release.

Round wire/element is used for cut and seal applications and are available for most of our sealers.  Pls. note ROUND when ordering.
